Summary: Use a soft bristled brush and specialized cleaning agent to gently brush along the edge direction to remove iron filings and oil stains.

Cleaning steps:

Use a soft bristled brush and specialized cleaning agent to gently brush along the edge direction to remove iron filings and oil stains.

Do not use wire brushes to avoid damaging the coating or cutting edge.

After processing viscous materials (such as aluminum), they can be soaked in kerosene for 5 minutes before cleaning.

Drying treatment:

Wipe dry with a soft cloth or blow dry with compressed air to avoid rust caused by residual water stains.

Rust prevention measures:

Apply high-quality rust proof oil, especially before long-term storage.

Keep the environment dry and ventilated (humidity ≤ 85%) when storing cutting tools

Classification storage and protection

Hard alloy blade:

Apply anti rust oil, put it in a dedicated blade box, separate it with soft paper to avoid collision.

Ceramic blade:

Fragile and easy to crack, it should be placed in a shockproof sponge groove and handled gently.

End mills, drill bits, and other integral cutting tools:

Insert it upright on a dedicated knife holder to avoid the blade touching the desktop;

Can be wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent dust (hard alloy type), but coated cutting tools should be kept away from moisture.

Tap:

Hang in a dry place, do not stack, to prevent scratching
